The first of G-Dragon‘s two ‘Shine A Light‘ concert dates was immense. As always, I’ll let the pictures do the talking until I can write a concert report for KoME. Awesome, and I have another one tomorrow!

Concert Highlights
- Heartbreaker performances were Rock Versions.
- Yet another remix of the one of my favorite tracks, This Love
- The cute interactions and rapport with Dara during Hello.
- The crazy video playing on the big screen during Gossip Man.
- The G-Pod – he was controlling the iPod by waving his hands around.
- The dance cut in the middle of A Boy.
- CL‘s outfit for The Leaders. Hot damn.
- The bed scene that got the crowd so riled up during Breathe.
- The Parody clip featuring Seungri, Daesung and Gaho. GD rolling around his bed in his boxers. Yes. No lie.
- The backing video for the She’s Gone performance. GD stalks a girl in a maze and then stabs her to death.
- The GD x Taeyang love going on during their joint stage. Taeyang’s performances of Where U At and Wedding Dress were flawless.
- Korean Dream was the best performance of the night.
- GD performed a solo version of Lies and rocked TOP’s rap part.
- GD and the crew running around during the encore.
Pictures
After being treated to a bunch of YG music videos, things finally got under way.
Totally forgot mine.
GD came out of the back looking quite spiffy.
No messing around, straight into Heartbreaker.

I don’t like it, but The Leaders were awesome.
GD has no qualms about rocking out on his own.

They brought out some cute scenery for the Hello performance with Dara.

They have a really good rapport on stage.
White and yellow was a good look.
Possibly the cutest photo of the night.
They got pretty close on stage.
Before Dara came out, he ran off for a bit with his mates.
As you can see, it’s not a huge venue.
“Calm down, ladies. Take it easy.”

Letting the crowd sing along.
He really got close to the crowd at times.
Near the end, the crowd were going nuts for this.
He told us not to use flash.
*kicks confetti at you*
There’s that light again.

The dancers were the usual crew.
Quite a sight.
“Is it over there?”
“I don’t think it’s over here.”
“Crap, it is. Everyone look at the camera!”
“Not really any point in looking over there now.”
“Well make up your minds.”

His piano performance of Lies at the end was nice.
He did TOP’s rap.

Only just. I was close to having my camera removed on several occasions :/
They walked off stage together via the entrance that GD used to come in at the beginning of the con :)

How come you got such good placements ?
I just got tickets for Big Show and I got a “500 something” place, so I'm kinda worried about how far the stage will be :/ Will it be worth it ?
And btw, will I see you there ?

i believe you were able to see the couple placed on the top of the cake during the hello performance (since you were really so so so close to the stage)..were those just random pps?or was it dara and jiyong?
