As with 천국, it took them too long to perform Number 1 :D I just hope that we are treated to more of this song in the coming weeks because it’s just incredibly well performed. I thought the 붉은 노을 was good too but Number 1 was a special treat.

Wouldn’t mind dancing with the girl though. She looked as if she was having a good time with 태양 and it looked like she nosebutted TOP XD

It was a good comeback, no doubt, but it just didn’t hit me as hard and make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up like the 하루하루 Comeback. Having said that, I really, really like 붉은 노을 and it reminds me a lot of the Dirty Cash performances, with a lot of humour and cute dancing.

I maintain that the 빅뱅 Intro songs are some of their best works and this, although again, not as good as the previous one, is a great way to start a live performance. Remember didn’t really do it for me but that’s probably because I was expecting it in English ^^”

Bring on the SBS 인기가요 Comeback!!! :D

This is why I need J-Rock because I just can’t get this from Korea :D Sometimes I just need this style of rock that’s not particularly heavy and has a catchy melody to keep me bopping my head. Also, their PV’s are colourful if not particularly common sensical XD

Wahey! ‘Gossip Boy’ is my favourite song on the album and I was so hoping that she would release an MV and start performing. I never really liked the fact that she was on the piano while performing ‘텔레파시’. The MV is outrageously cute as always and I can’t wait to download a high quality version of her comeback on KBS Music Bank :D

The MV is pretty standard fair with cute clips of her playing with her friends in the snow and her band looks great. As always, I love her style and now I can’t wait for Winter to arrive properly so I can wear thick jackets and buy some heavy boots :D

Finally. Ever since seeing the music video, I’ve been interested in seeing how this would play out live and I’m quite impressed. They’ll have a lot of competition obviously and I don’t know if they’re going to do well enough to get a second single, but I hope something happens for them because it’s a unique dynamic they have. That said, it’s also a risky play to have completely separate ballad singers and rappers/dancers within the same group.

It reminds me a little of 2AM and 2PM but then again, 2AM lost out a little and had to prove that they could sing mainstream pop too with that new song of theirs ^^”

This is the MV teaser for 손호영’s new album, ‘Returns’ and title song, ‘I Know’. It’s by far the best song on the album and my favourite so I was happy to see him start performing this on KBS Music Bank and SBS Inkigayo.

This post is mostly for 서영, my girlfriend because she confessed her love for 손호영 yesterday and I thought this might give her some energy for the next week ^^ It does mean I move down another position on her every growing list of ‘Favourite People’ though XD

I sit with a nice big grin on my face as I look at my iTunes and see nine separate versions of the musical awesome that is ‘Art of Life’ by X JAPAN. I finally tagged them all in a way that I could tell them apart and I’ve listened to all of them at least once :D

For anyone who doesn’t know about this, I would recommend you watch these videos. As you’ll notice by the above images, the song is quite lengthy and is really made up of four parts which come together to make a really brilliant piece of music. X JAPAN was where it all started for me with Asian music so I owe them a lot ^^ *goes to buy ‘Art Of Life’ DVD*

I love seeing candid photos and videos of idols because it’s all the more strange to see XD Watching 배틀 sing along to 카라’s ‘Rock U’ is worth all the suspect vocal performances they might ever have had :D Chris is the principle dork’tard in this case but I think there’s a strong case for 태화 to be included. I wonder where the missing two members are hiding. Maybe one is holding the camera and the other might be sitting to Chris’ right, trying to stay out of the way XD

I found this old post with 이루 being a dork’tard and as such, thought I’d share it again for anyone who missed it the first time round. I really need to use that word more.

As always I was a little anxious about the new Japanese release but as always, I was pleasantly surprised. Actually, that’s not really the right term to use because this song is awesome. The beat is slowish but strong and the video, although a little too…Western? I love it. I don’t know what it is about their Japanese videos but they always seem markedly different from the Korean ones and I don’t know that I completely approve. I like this one though :D

I’ve recently been raving about 동방신기 and they’re pretty much flawless dancing but I think in terms of sheer entertainment they will have to concede to 2PM. I’ve watched this performance loads of times recently because of the huge number of repeats on TV and it’s always good fun to watch. Where I wouldn’t normally download Mnet Countdown because of the poor quality but I think I’ll be grabbing this one ^^

All I will say is that it’s a great fun performance and they looked like they were enjoying themselves but you really have to watch it for yourself :D
